Christopher Enright believes passionately in the value of good independent advice. As President of Aligned Capital Partners Inc., he is committed to leading an organization that provides a home to Canada’s most independent, client-centric advisors. Christopher and his founding partners built ACPI with the goal to create an industry-leading technology platform, combined with operational excellence, to increase the bandwidth of an advisor’s practice so they have more time to focus on improving investor outcomes. Christopher also recognizes his responsibility to shape the regulatory landscape and ensure the voice of independent, client-focused advisors and their clientele are heard.

A veteran of the financial services industry for the past three decades, Michael has experienced the shifting dynamics of the business first hand. As one of the four founding partners, Michael and team set out to create a firm intended for Canada’s client-centric advisors, free of the industry’s traditional conflicts. The vision for Aligned Capital Partners Inc. is to provide Canada’s best advisors with the necessary framework to define success on their own terms. As an avid investor from his early years, Michael understands the power of saving and planning for the future. He believes that a client’s financial goals should dictate how the industry governs itself and how advisors select the vehicles necessary to achieve those goals.

Christina truly believes that collaborative risk management helps foster a strong culture of integrity across an organization. She actively seeks to understand the business of advisors and ensures that compliance solutions are tailored and communicated in a way that solves problems, builds trust, and provides for positive investor outcomes.

As Chief Compliance Officer & Head of Business Integrity for the firm, Christina is responsible for leading and promoting ACPI’s compliance with securities rules and regulations and firm polices and procedures.

With over 15 years of direct experience working in a compliance environment, she is skilled at leading a team of compliance professionals, navigating regulatory reforms, transforming compliance business processes, assisting investment dealers and advisors in meeting compliance obligations, and protecting the business from regulatory risk.

As Chief Administrative Officer at Aligned Capital Partners Inc., Craig brings over 25 years of broad investment experience to his role. His belief that the future of wealth management includes a holistic approach to a client’s financial well-being, paired with his breadth of experience, lends a unique and balanced perspective when carrying out his responsibilities. Craig strongly believes that a platform promoting transparency, integrity and professional conduct, empowering advisors to earn the trust of their clients, is paramount to building a successful long-term practice.

Jason joined Aligned Capital Partners Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in December 2020. He brings with him over 20 years of direct experience in corporate and operational finance working within various industries including distribution, mining, healthcare, and facilities management. His strengths lie in operational and regulatory reporting, budgeting and corporate governance, and providing financial and strategic leadership. He is passionate about people, building and leading high-performance teams focused on continuous improvement and the client experience driving results and delivering positive business outcomes.

Jason completed his undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics at the University of Western Ontario, his graduate degree in Master of Management and Professional Accounting at the University of Toronto, and is currently a Chartered Professional Accountant having obtained his designation in 2003.

Mason has been with Aligned Capital Partners Inc. since its’ inception in 2012. In his current role, Mason is responsible for overseeing the Client Experience Department – leading a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service to advisors, helping them grow their businesses by finding innovative ways to create bandwidth in their practices, and meeting with new advisors who would like to learn more about the firm.

Prior to this role, Mason managed the Business Development and Transitions Team at ACPI, being heavily involved in recruiting and facilitating the onboarding process of every advisor. He has also been active in other areas of the finance industry in Canada, having previously worked at a mutual fund company in Toronto and being licensed as an insurance advisor in both British Columbia and Ontario.

Since joining in January 2019, Jeb has served as General Counsel for Aligned Capital Partners Inc. He works closely with the other members of the management team to provide guidance and novel solutions to common problems faced by advisors so that they may provide the best possible service to their clients.

Previously, Jeb spent over a decade in various legal and compliance positions in both the US and Canada, including a stint with the New Hampshire Bureau of Securities Regulation and as the Director of Compliance and General Counsel for the North American branch of one of Europe’s leading microfinance and fintech companies.
